However, due to the nature of the products we deliver, including cannabis and food, there are specific guidelines and conditions related to refunds. By using our Services, you agree to the terms outlined in this Refund Policy.

1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued under certain circumstances, but due to the nature of cannabis and food delivery services, we have specific policies in place:

  • Cannabis Products: Due to state regulations, once cannabis products are delivered, they are not eligible for return or refund unless they are damaged, defective, or if an incorrect product was delivered.
  • Food Orders: If you receive an incorrect or damaged food order, you may be eligible for a refund or replacement. Please contact our support team promptly if you believe there is an issue with your order.

2. Conditions for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • Cannabis Products:

    • If there is a delivery error (wrong product or quantity), you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
    • If a product is damaged during delivery or is defective, you must contact us within 24 hours with a description and, if possible, photographic evidence of the issue.
    • If you did not receive your cannabis order, we will investigate and determine if a refund or replacement is appropriate.
  • Food Orders:

    • If your food order is incorrect or damaged, you must contact us within 2 hours of delivery for a refund or replacement.
    • We will ask you to provide evidence (such as photos or descriptions) of the issue to process your request.

Please note that all refund requests must be submitted directly to our customer support team. Refunds will not be processed without verification of the issue.

3. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • You change your mind after placing the order.
  • You refuse delivery once the delivery has been attempted.
  • You fail to be available for delivery at the specified address or contact us in a timely manner.
  • Cannabis products were consumed or opened.
  • Food products were consumed.

4. Process for Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer support team at Support@piffy.co.
  2. Provide your order details, including your order number, the issue with your order (incorrect product, damaged items, etc.), and any supporting evidence (photos or videos).
  3. Our support team will review the request and determine if you are eligible for a refund or replacement.

We will respond to your request within 3-5 business days and will provide you with a resolution.

5. Refund Method

Refunds, if approved, will be issued through the same payment method used for the original transaction. Please note that processing times for refunds may vary depending on your payment provider and bank policies.

6. Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us immediately. Once the order has been dispatched for delivery, we cannot guarantee a cancellation, and you may be charged for the delivery service.

  • Cannabis Orders: Due to regulatory requirements, cancellations are not always possible once the order has been confirmed and processed.
  • Food Orders: Cancellations may be possible if the order has not yet been dispatched. Contact us as soon as possible to request a cancellation.

7. Delivery Issues

If there are issues with the delivery, such as missing or delayed orders, please contact our support team immediately. We will work with our delivery partners to resolve the issue and ensure your order is completed as quickly as possible. If the issue cannot be resolved, you may be eligible for a refund.
