5. Orders and Payment

By placing an order through Piffy, you agree to purchase the products and/or services requested and are responsible for paying all applicable fees, taxes, and delivery charges. Payments are processed through third-party payment providers, and you agree to comply with their terms of service. Piffy reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order, including orders placed in violation of these Terms.

6. Delivery Restrictions

You agree to only request delivery of cannabis to locations where such deliveries are legal under state and local law. Piffy will not deliver cannabis products to unauthorized locations or to individuals who are not of legal age. The delivery driver must verify the recipient’s identity at the time of delivery.

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Attempt to deliver cannabis to a location where it is illegal or unauthorized.
• Use the Services to harass, abuse, or harm others.
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
• Engage in any fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activity.

8. Cannabis Consumption and Compliance

Piffy is committed to compliance with all applicable cannabis laws and regulations. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of cannabis complies with all local, state, and federal laws. Piffy does not advocate for or endorse the consumption of cannabis in any way other than as permitted by law.

9. Delivery Times and Availability

Delivery times and availability of cannabis and food may vary depending on location, time of day, and product availability. Piffy makes no guarantees regarding delivery times and is not liable for delays.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Piffy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the Services. Our liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Services in the past 12 months.

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Services will be error-free or uninterrupted.
